In XX. Century Estonia was a state in Northern Europe and nowadays is an democratic republic populated for 1,34 million people. Before become democratic it was Russia's vassal due to the II. World War when Estonia has been invaded by russians. In '91 it recovered its independence.

The Russian military services called CIS had been on Estonia's territory. In 1993 they lost their ability to influence on the people. In August a new decree ordered (by the Supreme Court) the contraction of military troops from Estonia. The decree proved difficult to be achieved from russian's band. Although the difficulties and their opposition, the militars leaved the Estonia officially on 31.08. '93.

Thus Estonia could breath a sigh of relief and was glad of having shot they on.

Actually Estonia is recognized for its economic freedom and fastest economical and technological progress in enrichment.
